These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and expertflowium d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia with registration number 3846512978 ("expertflowium", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or air fryer solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
expertflowium provides commercial air fryer solutions for restaurants and food service establishments, including equipment supply, installation, training, maintenance, and related support services. Our services are designed specifically for professional kitchens and commercial food preparation environments.

All air fryer equipment supplied by expertflowium remains subject to manufacturer warranties and specifications. Installation services are performed by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate electrical supply, ventilation, and space requirements as specified in equipment documentation.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and quotations. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. expertflowium reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of expertflowium or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Equipment manuals, training materials, and technical documentation remain the property of expertflowium and equipment manufacturers.
expertflowium provides services with reasonable skill and care. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to customers. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, expertflowium's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless expertflowium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
expertflowium shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Either party may terminate service agreements with reasonable notice as specified in individual contracts. expertflowium may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other customers. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay outstanding amounts owed.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
expertflowium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
